What does it actually cost?
One simple monthly package. No surprise invoices, no 'that's extra'. We figure out what you need, give you a flat monthly price, and that's it. Most of our clients find they save money because they cancel all the random tools they were paying for before.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Nope. We work month-to-month. If we're not making your life easier, you shouldn't be stuck with us. Simple as that.
How fast can you fix things?
Most issues get sorted same-day. Bigger projects (like a new website) take a few weeks. But you'll always know what's happening and when — no 'we'll get to it eventually' vibes.
What if I already have a website?
Even better — we can look after it, improve it, or rebuild it. Whatever it needs. A lot of our clients come to us with a site they're embarrassed by. They leave with one they're proud of.
Will I understand what you're doing?
We promise: no jargon. We explain things like we're talking to a mate over a coffee. If we ever use a word you don't know, tell us off — we'll rephrase.
What's this 'AI' stuff? Is it going to replace me?

No. Found is a subscription service designed to remove large upfront costs and the ongoing maintenance headache. Think of it like leasing a new vehicle — you get all the benefits without the huge $10,000–$20,000 upfront cost.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription ends and your website is taken offline. If you'd like a copy of your content (not the website itself), we can export it for you for a one-off fee. And after 36 months, you can request a buyout quote if you'd like to move your site elsewhere.
Who owns the content?
Anything you supply to us — your logo, your images, your written content — remains yours. The Found platform, website framework, design system, automations and technology remain the property of Found.

What happens if I leave?
If you decide to leave, your subscription simply ends and your website is taken offline. Nothing dramatic. If you'd like a copy of your content — not the website — we can export it for you for a small one-off fee.
