What happens if I leave?
If you decide to leave, your subscription simply ends and your website is taken offline. Nothing dramatic. If you'd like a copy of your content — not the website — we can export it for you for a small one-off fee.
Just like you don't own Netflix or Microsoft 365, our websites are an ongoing subscription service. That's how we keep improving, maintaining and securing your site without charging you $10,000–$20,000 upfront.
No lock-in — including a buyout option
We work month-to-month, so you're never stuck. And after 36 months, if you ever want to move your site elsewhere, you can request a buyout quote. We'll price it to reflect the remaining value of the platform and any migration work. Most people never use it — but knowing it's there takes the worry out of starting.
