You have probably heard of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Thrown into the mix with the introduction of AI Engines are the terms Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). Some agencies are cashing in on this by offering AEO or GEO services. Yes, there are most certainly ways to help you appear. And, we know them and can apply them for clients who need them.
But, it won’t serve you well to go chasing the shiny new thing if you neglect what your customer needs when they come through to your website.
