Our aim with Hotel Grand Chancellor was to improve search rankings, outrank competitors in the highly competitive accommodation industry, and pull ahead of aggregate booking sites in order to drive an increase in traffic, leads, and direct bookings through the Hotel’s nine separate regional sites.

The Issues
When Hotel Grand Chancellor came to us, they were struggling to compete with other well-known hotels across Australia and New Zealand. While the hotel was receiving rave reviews from happy holiday goers, this wasn’t translating into increased rankings, traffic, or bookings.
